my hammers servos arnt responding they were last nigth after i used it but they got wet i think they need to dry out more but i want to kow for sure the steering servo hasnt worked since last night but the throttle servo has on and off plz help me

unscrew the bottoms of both servos AND the reciever, then wait a bit, and spray WD-40 in them. this happened at my race yesterday WHILE i was flipping on my radio right before a heat [before the 2-minute hot pit came on] and i was still able to launch and win that heat. you might want to put a peice of tape on the seam between the servo top and main peice when you're doing this, otherwise the gears could fall out of line in the servos [the whole thing is held together by those 4 screws, so when you unscrew the bottom you're also unscrewing the top].

i think it just needs more time to dry out if it dont in a couple day im calling hobbico for my warranty

they'll just tell ya you shouldn't have gotten it wet. you MUST spray them out if you want them to work.

actually,
Joe has just had the exact same problem yesterday, and several VERY wise racers told him what to do. worked like a charm too, so im just passin' on the info to anyone whos smart enough to take advice. lol

well the throttle is working perfect now still no steering if there not working by tomorrow im going to spray them
