Air in the fuel Lines - oh nooooooo. Time to trash the boat and get a new one. LOL Just Joking.
I'm betting because of all the waves you and Baja run in. The fuel gets sloshed around alot, Therefore air gets in the line.
not sure if you can stop it from happening in 3 foot waves.
any one have any ideas?

Could it be a pin hole in the fuel line or that the line in the fuel tank isn't long enough to sit on the bottom?
Just some thoughts.

try and make your fuel line as short as it can be. so less room for problems

air in the fuel line to the extent it is a problem means your sucking air from somewhere.
replace your fuel lines.... you might have a pin hole and no you likely wont find it. check that the fuel line connections are all snug. empty your tank, and place it in some water.... blow through the fuel tube while plugging the other end to pressureize it..... look for bubbles in the water. if you get bubbles fix them
hope that helps

installing a hopper tank is a good idea just for stoping air bubles, the fuel foaming up never seen that happen...if your pick up tube is made of brass inside of the tank, it may have a hole in it, or even a small crack.....fuel line may have a pin hole, the best way to check this is to take it off and streach it, a small hole will become large looking. if all else, just replace the entire fuel line and tank,
