i dont have my directions with me here from when i made my speedmaster and i think i only saw 4 trim tabs in the drawing and no turn fin..........does the hull realy need it....i have it up to around 30 or 40 right now......and it is not plowing or sliding out on turns......but i did get some drops of water in the radio box that screw me on 2 runs ..........was going about laf throttle when everything stoped working......went righ under my neighbors dock and beatched it.....damn reciever!!!!!!! but i was realy luck it did not hit...other wise i would have been a POed MAN.......but anyways does the hull need a turn fin?????

I have a motto....... If it aint broke dont' fix it. If I read it right the boat is turning good and not sliding on you. So I wouldn't worry about it untill more speed or something causes you to need it.

You should spray your receiver with one of those lubricant sprays that displace water. There are many out there and they work extremely well. They are designed to leave a film on electronics. WD40 works in the short term, but it doesn't last as long as the other products. Marine parts stores should have a selection. Some are Corrosion X, Corrosion Shield, Aeroplate, Boeshield and Duraplus.

Thanks guys i will try the spray stuff and see how it works.......i NEED A GPS....!!!!!!!!!!! or get the jet ski in the water and race it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if the bad weather would stop i could find out how fast this boat could go but it has been really windy and i dont want to do back flips ...YET...........

and once my friend comes up with his boat and his water proof boat cam that goes on his drifter i will race that and will see how it comes out.....!!!!!!
