when you buy a kit do u have a manual with details of part and what they are cause when some people mention parts of there cars i would not know what they are talking about. i am not sure yet.

i was interested in a yokomo car because in malta there aren't many agents of rc cars and the only type of cars i found are " tamiya, yokomo and shumacher" . both yokomo and shumacher are from the same agent and the agent owns a club and a track.

from scumacjer website i wasn't very impressed on what they have to offer . i found out that the electric cars are much cheaper but i don't know what kind of speed they are capable of achieving.

can anyone give me a hint on what speed can the electric mrtc-md get?

thanks.

I just got done building my kit and it went together very well, my only grips are...2 of my cvds are binding even after rebuilding them several times and the body molding lines are not correct, the winshield was different on the left from the right. other then that the car looks great, it is built like a 1/8 buggy, very sturdy (should be able to take lots of damage befor hitting the pits early) One thing it does need is a diet, its very heavy!!!

I know this isn't a very popular thread, but I just picked one of these up to turn into a Mini drifter. The problem is, I cannot for the life of me figure the steering mechanism out. The pictures in the manual do not seem to help at all. If someone could get a picture of the entire steering rack with the top deck removed, it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Josh,

Was it ever popular is the real question? I don't think it really was. Nobody made bodies for it and 1/12 is just too strong. Why buy 1/12 when you can get 1/10 and support anywhere?

Yes it was pretty popular here when our old track was around..... But we got a new track and it kindof died out..... It will prob. come back kind of goes in cycles here sometimes. a few still run their's and some other's are showing some interest....

What charger settings do you use when running 4 cell IB3600 with these cars?
