what kind of paint do you use in an airbrush? is there some kind of special paint for it? or what. any help would be appreciated

your best bet is faskolor, you shouldnt have to add water, only a few drops if you do.

I have always used either faskolor or createx paint. I like createx (which I found at hobby lobby) best because it's only about $3 for a 2oz. bottle, it works great on lexan, and it's water based so you can use water to clean it up. I would stay away from paints like pactra and other similar paints because cleanup is not as easy and it's toxic.

Faskolor is re-packaged Createx, but more expensive.

I have no problems with Pactra, cleaning up afterwards isn't too tricky. I find (with the correct cleaner) that it comes off just as easily as Faskolor/Createx.
