metal parts for T3/TC3

Hey on my T3 the front top plate is constantly breaking and i was wondering if theres anywhere to buy a stronger one, maybe Ti or aluminum or something. Also the front shock tower on my TC3 is quite weak. Or maybe buying parts from the nitro cars will fit?

heh, i can't really help you though, although i will be awaiting a good answer (my TC3 gets banged up sometimes also).

There are several companies that offer aftermarket upgrades, but it may be cheaper to replace the stock parts than replacing with aluminum in some cases. Aluminum may add strength but depending on part it adds rigidity, if you are hitting something solid like a street curb the aluminum would transmit the stress breaking some other part in addition to bending the aluminum part. Check out Irrgag Racing, GPM (distributed by Hobby Etc.) and they are others that produce aluminum parts (Associated cars) some are for show, while others provide some strength.
