Hi
i think that the savage 21ss kit is the most cool thing that has come out of hpi.thank god the guys guys at hpi thought of us kit builders whose half the fun is building the kit.
The new kit has a 20% larger displacment engine and a new alum tuned pipe giving it an almost tmaxx and madforce equalling speed and wheelie power.
tell me what youguys think.

hi mohd, i ordered the savage21 rtr b4, but once i knew they have a kit coming, i did cancel my order and wait for it. even i'm a newbie, but i do think this is a awsome kit nearly perfect, speed, power and looking. thats what ppl looking for monster. but the short come is $$$, like me, i dont have 3ch radio and good servo, i have to pay almost 200 for a OK radio and servo. $600 for total.
after that i'll definitly BROKE. i'm going to get it, hope it worth the money la.
islandfire71 you dont need to have a 3ch radio to operate the savage.just use the truck without reverse then you can use the truck with a 2ch radio and can get a towerhobbies hs ht servo which is relatively cheap like 37$.
The truk does not come with reverse capbalities.you have to buy the reverse module.

thank mohd, i have a JR X2 radio which come with my xxx-nt already, but if i have a monter, i want to have reverse also, so i think i'll get a 3ch 1. and i'm wondering the hi-tech mx3 3ch radio system is a good radio system or not? and for the servo, how many oz should i use for steering and torque?
