Ok, here goes.....
Photo Island (http://www.photoisland.com)
click that, create an account with them. upload your pics to thier system and look on the lower left side of the screen. there is a link for them to make a link to your pic for an auction. clik that. a new window opens and it will give you a big long url. Highlight it and copy it. that is the url for your pic.
Now come back in here and while composing a reply, or new topic click on the IMG tag above. Past the URL that you just got from Photopoint in there and you are done.
good luck. if it still dosent work, look for me on aim "nipplebandit45" and Ill walk you through it.

Hye I just started an account at SnapFich like you did to see if they will creat a link for an auction or such. they dont. that is more a film printing, developing site. go with PhotoIsland like I suggested and it will be easier. it is free as well, so you dont have to worry about loosing money.

This is the way I was told:
1. Use a pix hosting site; I use RCPix.net (http://www.rcpix.net)
2. Setup your account and upload your pix.
3. Now, go to that pic and right clik, go to properties. A "URL" should come up in a little window, clik on that.
4. Now, go up to the command line and highlight & copy that URL. It should end in JPG, BMP or whatever format you uploaded your pix with.
5. Now, when you want to create a link to that one pic, just insert that which you copied, into the "IMG" tag.
And that should do it. (hope I said this right!)

that wil work, as long as that pic is the only one on the page. if you store 3 pics on a page, they each will have a bit different URL when you right click on them and view the pics properties. these differances determine where on the page the pic goes. so if you try to use them here with the IMG tag, it will show you the dreadded RED X!
