am vs fm

do they really have less interference then am?

if your just bashing in an area that doesn't have a lot of RF noise then AM will be just fine. But for racing yes FM is worth it and yes it does glitch less.

My Pro3 was useless with AM, it just glitched beyond belief and was uncontrollable, I bought an FM and the problem was gone, instantly. I personally would recommend that you buy FM straight away because they DO suffer less interference. They may be a few extra bucks, but that is cheaper than having to buy a whole new radio should you discover your AM radio is glitching

And with running nitro, the FM system is way cheaper than buying a new car when yours crashes. You know when it clitches and the throttle servo goes wide open and you hit a brick wall before you regain control..........:( :( :( :mad:
