Just wanted an opinion on which would be a better racing machine. It's going to be used on a small 1/10 offroad track and dirt oval. The jumps are pretty small so breakage shouldn't be a problem.

Well if it is a smaller track where the nitros can't really get opened up much the E-maxx will probably be quicker out of turns and easier to control on a tight track. I have a small track setup in my backyard and I usually always get around it faster with my e-maxx than my Savage.21 or 2.5 T-maxx. If there are some good straight aways though the nitros will get a chance to shine over the electrics. ;)

The only straight is where part of the offroad track goes onto half of the dirt oval track, and it's pretty short. Most 2-Speed Monster Trucks reach 2nd gear at the end of the straight.

With the right driver and an E-maxx setup for that track would be about the best, but the Savage ss might be pretty hard to beat since it is very stable in the corners and not quite as top heavy as the e's and T's. This is just what I think someone else probably has another idea on what to do though.;)

I'd say the Sport Maxx (against the Savage) for the adjustability in the suspension (even the stock suspension), and the speed difference. You could gear up to a 22 tooth on the clutchbell and cut down on the wheel-popping action and still not be out of control with speed.
