What is a good method of coiling server and esc wires, and how can I get them to stay coiled? Thanks in advance. ;)

Wrap them really tight around a small shaft screwdriver. Wrap the whole length, then slide the coil off the end of the screwdriver.

Thanks, I was thinking of the same methods, but wanted to verify them. :p

I just wrap them around a screwdriver shaft and squeeze a little (Not stressing the plug or the joint into the case). If you are coiling leads in a belt-drive car, consider using tie wraps, or maybe some little wire guides from Radio Shack to keep them away from the belts. They just stick to the chassis and the wires can snap into them.

I personally use a bic pen. It is smooth and even. Once the wire is wraped arount it i just plug it in and take the pen out. The wires stay coiled.
