I was wondering why the Novak Spy was quite a bit less than the LRP micro esc and any of the other Quantums. Do any of you know why? Thanks for the help!

Well, I can't be totally sure, but IMHO it might have to do with the Novak Spy being specifically designed for micros(& their lower current requirements), while the LRP ESC's are multi-purpose ones, suitable for a number of kinds of car. Also, LRP's are imported from Europe(which can jack up the price sometimes), while the Spy(& all Novak products) are made in the good 'ole USA(also might be made in larger numbers than the LRP units which can also change the price, but I can't be sure of that). If you're concerned that the Spy might not be a good ESC, don't worry, I have one myself, & I love it, it's every bit the quality Novak product that I'm used to(I've been using their ESC's for well over 10 years, never had ONE problem with reliability or performance). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone with a micro.....
