ok i was just out side running my new xxx-nt and the one thing i could of done and did'ent was to put locktite on the screws to the mounts and Exhaust pipe and once i was done i found that there was gooy poo stinky oil all over the engine and i was missing a screw on the mount. this is one mistake i don't want to make again. has any body Ecspirence a Similar or the same situation

Yeah.
And make sure you use the blue loctite and not the red stuff :rolleyes: :D

Some what similar to that. I was going to start up my xxx-nt(same thing you have) and when i pulled the the pull start it didn't recoil. Turned out the screws rattled lose, had to recoiled it, bought some new screws, used some loctite, and it never happened again.:D :D

cool. i have to pay for another set of scews too and a new servo mount for my steering.:( :( lost some scews there too

Yeah, I have some screws in my buggy that are NEVER going to come loose :p Hopefully I won't need them to!

Try heating the screw up with a soldering iron. The heat will melt the Loctite.

i put clear loctight on mine also....i still cant get the cvd's apart :o
