7.5 K&B outboard,Falls on its face on the big end ?

Idles good, runs good but squeeze the trigger and it really pulls hard and wants to die at top end.The needle is almost five turns out so it couldnt be to lean could it?

Check your fuel fifter, check the fuel line for pin holes, and running too rich can load up the engine. Check to see is your engine is center and square to the hull. Check the sponsons make sure they are parallel to one another. It is kinda hard to say what it is not seeing and hearing it run. Also check the prop, no nicks or bad bends.
