Not exactly: changeable brushes and springs like standard 540 sized motors...it doesn't say it is 540-size. Look at the proportions of it, it is more like the size of a TO Big Block.

Actually this is a 330 size motor. And I would agree that the cans look alike...

It's definitely NOT a 540 motor. BTW - we installed it in a Micro and ran it yestday on 6 cells and clocked it at nearly 30 mph. That thing moves.

hey all! quick question...a lil off topic tho, but what is the difference between a BB300 or a BB280? the can is same size, right? any major power differences?
