Don't waste your time on a single action brush like the model 250. A single action brush you have to press down for both paint and airflow. You control the amount of paint by a knob on the back end of the airbrush. Like everything else in RC if you buy cheap initially, then you end up buying twice. I would suggest the Model 150 or the 360. Both are dual action brushes, a dual action brush means that you press down to get air flow and then pull back to get paint flow. The dual action gives you far supperior control over the ammount of paint that is sprayed. Try searching for with google for "Bear Air" or "Dixie Art and Airbrush supply co". They usually have the best prices on airbrushes.

The 250 is a bit too large for getting any fine details, its not much better than a spray can.
I started out with a badger 200, this is single action but I still got very good results with it, most of the bodies ive painted were done with the 200.
Plus the 200 is quite cheap.
