Heres a good article on how to take good pics: :)
******* Photo Tips (http://www.*******.com/contentid-26.html)

Some tips:
1. Make sure the camera is "focused" on the subject. AF cameras require you to depress the trigger button slightly to focus. Or, you can switch to manual and focus the lens yourself.
2. Ligthing must be in front, not behind the subject.
3. Take pics of your R/C at ground level, lie down if you must, this will give it a sense of realism. Try not to take pics of the interior if you do not have an interior set to hide the electronics of your R/C.
4. Try to get neutral backgrounds so as not to distract the attention on the subject. You can also use distant street backgound in perspective to scale your R/C.
I'm sure some photo guru here will add more tips as I am not a pro, I just know some basic stuff. Hope this helps.

Lie on Ground and use Macro mode.
If using a digital camera use the LCD to frame the pix
Turn front wheel to face camera
Try for nice natural background so that you can't tell the actual size...

Note 1:1 scale car coming out of the headlight

Trees are too tall not far enough back
Drape a sheet for a white background...

Get the wrinkles out though!
From back to front: Light source, you and Camera, car, background
NO SMOKESTACKS! extra holes on body posts.
Remove the antenna tube from the car!
Coil the antenna wire up and lay it in the chassis for the pix!

I have found that my kodak DX3500 digital camera takes much better PICS on cloudy days or in shade.

Probably because you attached the image.
Cant you just delete the extras
I use an olypus 3030Z digital camera and take pics outside on a white sheet.
If the colours are a bit off il just photoshop the pic untill its looking as it should.

Well i use a "powershot s20" for digital pics and they never look bright? I meen the colors are just blan. For 35mm pics my dad has a "Canon EOS elan" and it works good for other pics. i have never tryed it on my car.
Has anyone used ether of those and had good, bright pics?
Thanks

Try to always take pictures in the shade and never in full light, if you take them in the sun you will get bad reflections of the sun and get harsh shadows!
I always liked taking my photos on white backrounds but that was a personal thing.
I just got a new camera (Nikon coolpix 5700) and was trying out a few photos (of my model car) and i found this way to be a bit different:
I get a peice of chrome cardboard and a blue sheet and pace them like shown in the picture below:
http://slidecentral.rs-scooby.com/newcamera/photobackround.jpg
When you take the photo the blue backround reflects onto the chrome card and gives you a very different look!

Like somone said before its just practice......!:)
Hope this helps.
