Please post your Faskolor painted bodies . color examples.

Hi, I bought a Pro-line Crowd Pleazer for my xxx-nt, and I will buy an alfa romeo 2.0 for my xxx-s. I figured out a paint scheme that I would use for all my bodies as pro racers do. Now I would like toget an idea of which color to use. My xxx-nt has a lot of neon yellow rpm, racers edge parts so one part of my car will be neon yellow. I would like to know what the type of faskolor paint do ...

What does FasFluorescent do
What does Fasescent do
What does Faschange do

I'd like you to post all your bodies painted with faskolor paint and please name the color.

What does FasFluorescent do?

Flourescent or bright colors, Doesn't glow in the dark as FasGlow does, but is definately
bright and easy to see when at speed! The back of my 300M was Flourescent raspberry

A combination of the Flourescent and pearl

What does Faschange do?

A rather weak but nobel first attempt at a color change paint. Works but just barely.
This CLK DTM has FasChange red on the bottom and FasChange yellow on the top but
the effect is more of a tint than a true color change paint, And was not captured by
my old Kodack DC210

Parma released Fas Flip that does what the $5000 a gallon paint seen on 1:1 show cars.

Great . thanks for the infos dr. but i'm not pretty sure to unsderstand the fas flip. So if I'd like to get a paint that looks like the neone yellow xxx-nt wheels I should go with Fasflourescent Yellow. I chose to Order

FasFlour. Yellow
FasFlour. Orange
FasPearl Silver
FasBlue

I don't want any glitter effect except for the tiny silver streaks that will surround my " waves" . My shell will most likely look like Hardcore Racing scheme but not with the same color. I know it's not very innovative but it's going to be my first airbrush job so I decided to go with a model. And after if i'm proud of the result i'll try to figure out another scheme for myself

don't get stuck on calling everything "fas". leave that part off and it's all less confusing. flourescent, iridescent, pearl,...

the change colors do change somewhat when applied properly and viewed from different angles.


I haven't used the fas-flip.

Here is my truck. I used fasescent purple in the back. The crowns are fasescent yellow and fasflourescent orange. The front is faschange purple backed in silver. The rollbar is faspearl silver.

This body was painted with Faskolor red, orange, yellow, black, white, purple, razberry, silver, window tint and Alclad II chrome. It's not what the paint dose, but what you do with the paint.

How do you put more than one pic in a post?

Ok the FasChange as you can see from the pictures looks whiteish gray and then will change to one color.

The FasFlip colors have 2-3 color changes "built in" They can go from green to gold to red another one goes from green to blue to purple.

adrcracing: Don't attach the pix to your post. Get some web server space and put them on the server. Then use the IMG command. Hit the IMG button and type the URL for the picture and hit OK.
