Ok, i'm going to build a crawler. Is the clod or the jugg 2 the best basis for starting a project? I saw some exploded views from both off them, and i know how they look( what the CG and stuff is) but i just need to mske sure. short answer pleasde: clod or jugg2 ( or maybe the jugg1? i'm new to the tamiya trucks)
There are a lot of websites about crawlers so i think i can do it.

ok guys stop replying i set my mind on the clod, because the motors are on the axles, not very realistic, but better.

a clod is definatly better. You don't have a tranny or driveshafts. Its a lot simplier than a jugg and could be built to be a lot better than a modified jugg. You can also get gear reduction kits for Clod axles from thundertech racing. Remember to make/buy a mount for the servo on the front and/or rear axle. Also you should make it 4 link
