Has anyone else seen the pic of the new team Losi prototype monster truck? I saw it in one of the "other" magazines last night. Observers said it appeared to have reverse and 2 speeds when they saw them running it at a test track. It's not on their website yet but check it out in the latest Extreme RC magazine.
Hate to mention another (lesser) Mag but I bought the RC car action where I only looked through the others.

there is also a little spot about Losi making a 1/18 eletric ST on Extreme RC web site.

Im always interested when Losi comes out with new stuff. Because you know that its going to perform well and sure to be a racer.......

Someone mentioned here a while back they say the Losi Monster Truck in action, and no one believed him .. Heh.

The reason no one believed him was because alot of us emailed Losi directly and got the same answer "no". I emailed Adam Drake because I know he works in the R & D section. This is his reply to me:

Oh well, im happy to see Losi stepping up. I will definetly buy one of thier trucks, im sure its going to be killer.

I emailed them yesterday night about the mini and the MT and I will tell you what they say when I get emailed back, NO LIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:) :cool:
What mag is the Losi MT in? I want one already, I just know it is gonna be sweet. I will have to see how it does against my Dom...

It's in the current issue of extreme rc. It's in one of the front sections where mags show the new stuff and it's like a spy shot so you can't see alot of detail but it's definately real. It's got a plain yellow body on it if that helps you find it. Sorry no page #.
I'm sure RC Car Action will have something coming up to. Extreme RC just happened to be at the right track at the right time.
They commented that it looked like a terra crusher size-wise.

well i was one who also had said about the truck and u all said no. why would i of lied about it. i saw them testing it and was just giving info that it was coming out.

Tim 71;Ididn't see your post but it appears you wre right. In defense of any that didn't believe you;there are always so many rumor started that most are usually skeptical. You scooped everybody including the Mags and websites it seems.

yes... congrats. . . must be a nice track to ahve losi dudes testing their stuff there...
I have seen the truck run at a raceway in Ontario California
(www.RevRace.com). It has shocks about an inch in circumfrance. I has two gears. One for climbing, and one for racing. It is bigger than the Terra Crusher. It has tires that look like the Terra Crusher though. It looks like an awsome truck. Losi Jr. was driving it. They took a video of it, but I can't seem to get my hands on it. I think it is still in production. One thing that needs to be added on the truck is a shifting two speed. I believe the engine is a .26. Quite big. Looks like they are still working at it. Handles jumps like a pillow, nice and soft.

Norega, I dont think you realize that this is about the 1/8th truck, not the 1/18th mini truck.
