The new STS ST12R Big Head engine features 3 ports to make it race-legal, a standard threaded crank for easy installation, a large 11-fin heat sink for superior cooling, and a 3 needle slide carburetor with a 5.5mm bore.
This engine features the latest racing tricks used to squeeze maximum performance from a .12 (2.1 cc) competition engine. The ST12R features ABC construction with a precision-honed chrome plated cylinder. The long-stroke design also yields high power output and very strong bottom end to pull your vehicle out of the corners with authority. The piston is made from a special alloy and the sleeve is machined with the optimal taper for the best torque/rpm curve.
