RADIO CONTROLLED RACING

The track will be located in front of the HobbyTown USA on the corner of Airport Blvd and Schillinger Rd., near Mobile Regional Airport. The track will be set up early Sunday morning and will be open for practice for the remainder of the morning. Racing will kick off around noon.
The classes run will be 1/10 Nitro touring, 1/10 Electric touring, Super RS4, 235, Legends and 1/8 scale touring.
If you own a personal transponder, bring it and we will supply lap times using JLAP software, AMB’s latest technology counting system with voice announce and frequency board. We will have handout TRANSPONDERS!!! So, any folks that were hesitant to come out last time because of the personal transponder issue, you don’t have an excuse!!! Come on out and have some fun! We had a blast last time and are looking forward to this next race day..
We’ll have a very large PVC type track set up to test your driving ability and your car’s overall speed. Back Straightaway can be up to 200 feet space permitting. Track will be blown off and sugar watered
There will be plenty of experienced racers there so if you have questions, bring your vehicle or just stop by . We’d be glad to help any way we can!
Cost:
PRACTICE: just $5.00 to burn as much fuel and tires as you like.
RACING: additional $5.00 per class with 50% payout (cash) A-mains only!
PAYOUTS- 1st ( with 3 or more racers)
2nd (with 6 or more racers)
3rd (with 9 or more racers)
