buy the trail master if you want a radioshack-type MT. (In case you're interested) I'm not quite sure but i think it was the august 03 issue of RC car action that showed a "how-to" custom hopped-up trail master. I bought one and i still enjoy playing with it, but you may still end up buying another MT within the year, that allows you to tinker more. if you're in the market to buy a 2wd tamiya big wheeled car, you should consider the Wild Willy 2.

I might get one.. well not the tamiya one but something similar. It would be intersting to see what a faster 280 motor (mini - t type?), a locked diff, and some suspension mods would do to this truck.
