removing decals from body

I recently finished a body and one of the decals was peeling of so i took it off and there is a "gunk" (for lack of better term) left on the body and it is extremely difficult to get off. Anyone know of an easy way to remove it?

Use a hair dryer to heat up the decal and soften the glue, it will peel off much easier and then you can rub off the adhesive remains.
