i was running my emaxx last night, and ive got two novak ss systems in it, it works great but i ran into a problem last night. i was running and then all of the sudden i lost a lot of power. so i pull off my body and checked under the hood. the shaft on one of the motors had pulled out! out far enough to disengauge the pinion, i was like what the heck, so i tried pushing it in, and it popped back in, but then a few minutes later, it popped out again. anyone have any ideas why this would happen? if not, is this a serious issue, it worked fine once i pushed it back in, but that is going to get really annoying. do you think it would be covered under warrenty? any input would be appreciated.

OFF COURSE YES !!
it sounds as if your magnets from your Motor ave been loosened up, some systems are better used in other direction of rotation (as the shaft will be pushed into the housing not beeing puuled out)
Send the motor in, the magnets def. are loosened up, so the shaft might move into it´s bearings, anyway, do NOT tell them that you have had the systm in an e maxx, this car is way too heavy for a Novak SS (even 2 of them (wich means new problems, the shafts are not totally exactly the same rpm running, then one motor spins faster than the other, they´re loosing up their magnets by themselve, in this case:
only one motor (a hacker B 50 or c50 is recommended ) or 2 but with one esc (wich is complicated, as the magnet fields have to be lined up, to totally spin equal !!)
DO NOT USE THE SS FROM NOVAK FOR THESE APPLICATIONS !!
(use it in any 10th car, they´re designed for that and will be best here, they do not have that much power to be used under worst conditions !!
Have BOTH (the other one might become loosening up in the next few runs!!) send in, but use different days !!
just to be shure everything is OK have them send in !!
