Cutting out decal sheets?

What does everyone use to cut out decal sheets? Also has anyone ever tried to use that picture glue that you can glue pictures inside your car? One more question, if you have used that glue have you ever tried to put the decals that come with the body inside with that glue instead of putting them on the outside??

I find a pair of tiny scissors works better than a hobby knife (Where possible). It gives a straighter line, less risk of cutting the wrong way, and it actually gives a better edge.

A model car magazine article on applying decals offered the theory that using a knife actually gives a slightly raised edge to the decal, while scissors will give a rounded edge, so they won't catch/reflect light. Or in the case of R/C, the edge won't catch any dirt or whatever.
