I am seriously considering opening a track with an onsite shop in Contra Costa County, California. I have a site picked out and I am gathering information from Bay Area racers as to what other local tracks lack and to what types of racing and commitment level of racing you are at. Personally I enjoy the competition and atmosphere involved in all types of rc racing, Over the years as tracks would close I have found myself going to on road or off road or carpet or whatever just to try and fufill my rc fix. I am tired of chasing down a track and having to get into whatever type rc is popular at that track so as to have some fun. I want to have all types of tracks at this site including a nice enclosed track for winter racing. I am so frustrated and tired of driving an hour or more to race at shotty tracks. How many of you might be interested in an rc club that would offer some kind of exclusitivity or invite only races or should this be a pay per play place because those types of tracks dont make any money and can barely keep running. If your are serious about rc competition please reply to this thread. Thanks:D
