turn fin question

whats the average size for the two turn fins on a .21 mono?
(1"-2" deeper than the bottom of the transom? 1" wide? )

is there any benefit of having the right fin larger than the left?

how bad is it spining out? Is it pulling to one side? If you can get a fin that does not run in the water on the straights, does the best.

actualy to this day the boat is still a pile of plywood on my work bench, I am getting ready to build the hardware and just looking for the average size used to .21 monos.
