I'm just preparing for the future, but how do you revive you boat after it has been fully submerged in:

Fully submerged meaing all the gear is wet including the radio?

Don't run in saltwater so can't answer that. Someone else will for sure.

Engine:
disconnect fuel lines and drain fuel

Remove plug and turn engine over a few times

If its not going to be ran again, lube good with WD40 or Marvels Mystery Oil or anything quality, pull cord to make sure it coats good. Put a drop in the carb & plug holes and pull over.

Spray outside with lube and wipe down.

Radio:
Remove everything from box

Stip the cases off and let completly dry in the sun or blow dry

Spray down with good lubricant

Re-assemble & test

gas or nitro?
If it is gas then pump some clean gas through the carb as well as what DD says, if its not going to be ran for a while. I would recommend running it as soon as possible though to get any water out of it and away from any bearings, piston rings or steel carb parts. Get the motor warmed up to running temp and keep it there for a while to make sure all moisture evaporates and moving parts get lubricated. When ever I would drown my nitro I would run it right away without the radio on. Of course getting as much water out by removing glo plug first and spinning it over a few seconds.

Since you are asking in advance. I would suggest waterproofing the radio box before it happens to avoid all the work involved in drying them up.

Read the prop post and see that you have the nitro hammer, so I guess its nitro. the fuel is a natural antifreeze and it mixes with water so just change the fuel in tank and run the motor after you turn it over to get most of the water out. It will go.
