auto bailer

i just bought an aeromarine laminates auto bailer and I am a little apprehensive about installing it. I was wondering if anyone has any feedback concerning auto bailers? Do they work? is there a chance it could allow water in?

They work. At least they allow more out than they let in..lol...

I've have good success with mine. The only time it ever failed me is when a piece of silicon broke off and got logged inbetween the ball and the seal.

the water is goin to seep in slowly because of the seal isnt goin to seal the water but it works damn good by the time u get the stalled boat out of the water the water would just drain out when u lift the front of the haul up..
