Bought me a 60 piece mini rotory tool set today from PepBoys for $12.99 It even came with its own metal case.

WOW, that was a steal, I was looking at some similar set's at Walmart last week, and the closest thing to what you have there was a Black&Decker set for I think it was $38, or a Dremel set for $45. I already have 2 dremels, one cordless, the other just the standard variable speed but I am always looking for more tool bits for mine.
