i would really like to get a new body for my N Stampede, but there arent too many out there i can find for it, not ones i like too much anyway. i like the looks of a few MAXX bodies, especially the early 70's Chevy pick-up, and i would like to know if anyone has put a maxx body on a *smaller* truck like a N stampede and if it worked and looked normal??
Thanks

The N-Stampede is 17" long...the Pro-Line Humm-Vee T-Maxx body is 18" but I think that is one of the longer ones...check for yourselfe...tower often lists lenght (and if you measure the wheelbase of the Stampede you'll get an even more accurate fit)...

from Tamiya. The Wild dagger is a pretty small truck(specs on tower hobbies.com).
BTW, those Duratraxx 2.5 wheels and tires (5.25 tall)

i think im going to try it. i acutally like the way it looks on that dagger, it makes it look more realistic IMO. the N Stampede is only like a fraction bigger in all the dimensions, so ill see how it goes. if anyone else has similiar pictures id like to see em.
thanks

maxx bodies are prob too big....i would say try something like a buggy...or even an on-road body
