hey im having problems i got the engine mounted and the throddle hooked up im using a JR racing z270 servo and when i turn on the radio to trim the servo the carb dosent open up all the way when i pull the trigger all the way but its the max of the cable and when its in nutral the carbs closed and i cant use the brake heres some pics . im gettin fustrated the servo goes to the full reach and the carbs not fully opend..

one more.. i dont know how to adjust all the servos and all..well i know how to trim but to ajust them so they travel till they stop when u push the arm manual..

i got it i had to extend that arm holdin the throddle from the engine..:D

I had that problem with my cat 550 and it was frm the solder hitting the plastic cover on the cable. Even tho I had it fine there was just the slightest bit catching and keep it from from opening all the way. It looks as if you don't have much travel till you hit the connecter on the cable.
Instead of looping back up and around , can you come up to it and reverse the servo so there wouldn't be so much flex on the cable? I'm thinking less cable less chance of flexing to a point that it takes away from you getting WOT.
Just a couple of thoughts taht worked for me and the K&B on my cat sits waaay back from the gear.
