new to boats help plz

i want to get a good fast boat like maybe the traxxas nitro vee im new to boating but im not new to nitro so if i get the vee can i go bigger motor wise what is the biggest i can drop in it and what mods should i get right away plz help thx

Good and Fast are two words that you can't use with a Nitro-Vee. The boat is too heavy with the onboard starting system and the RTS. From what I've heard from Dealers who sell Traxxas anything, the engine longevity isn't the greatest with some of them only lasting through a half-gallon of fuel before needing a rebuild.
