I see that the new GWS Pico is finally available in quantity. I assume that many will be grabbing these up especially at the great cost. I have two, that's just my first two. I plan to get at least one more.
I mainly wanted to mention that when you do receive it look closely at the polarity of the pins. Due to the 90 degree angle bend out to the side it may appear that their inscription of "s + -" is opposite to how it actually is. If you look at the side of the receiver and follow the pins the inscriptions is accurate but at first glance one could and has easily hooked it up wrong. I had a friend from NY email me that his new receiver caught fire. http://www.rcmicroflight.com/ubb/eek.gif Evidently it still works today and he's still happy with it. I guess that it's probably even lighter now. http://www.rcmicroflight.com/ubb/wink.gif Enjoy, Fly slow and have fun, John

Hey all.....just a quick question...has anyone heard when GWS will introduce the rest of the crystals? I have a Pico reciever, and I love it. I do, however, wish I could use my JR 783 with it. i had to beg/borrow/steal a friend's Airtronics Transmitter on ch 18 to be able to fly it. I am not opposed to swapping transmitter crystals, I know the FCC frowns on it, but I have several JR crystals from previous purchases, just none in the currently avalible channels that GWS offers...any insight would be appreciated. I have emailed GWS, but have yet to get a response, and Horizon had no info either....

Hi All,

Talked to horizon hobby tonight they have all crystals listed in cat but show on back order. When I ask about the rest they replied in 2 to 3 weeks should have all channels. Hope this is good info, was about to buy a Hitec FM3 just to get channel 28 or 30
