I just purchased this reciever and have 3 guestions. It did not come with any instructions.

1. Does it have BEC?
2. I have hitec feather servos with 3 hole connectors but want to know if I can use the DWS micro servos with only 2 holes? Is there a converson plug I can buy. Also The receiver only has 3 pins without a quide to know if I am pluging them in backwards. How do I know which way to put the plug in?

3. Do I need a ESC for the motor or is that also built in? Which one do you recomend?

thanks

Hello,
First, the Feather does not have a BEC circuit. That would come from a speed control on an electric model. Second, the two pin connector type actuators are not compatible with the Feather's circuit. Third, Any three pin servo will work from the Feather's output. My two both have markings on the plastic sleeve to show which row of pins is the negative, etc. They also have the channels marked numerically on the sleeve over the pins. It will not do any harm if you plug a servo in backwards, it just won't work. You might send an E-mail to HiTech about the literature, I bet they will send you something pronto.
Cheers, Dave

Don't knwo what you are flying, but remember that the Feather has a 1000 foot range so be aware of how far out you are flying.

I would not use it in a 2M sailplane, for example. But, for the typical GWS type parkflyer it should be fine.
