I change the plug on my T-Maxx after the 6th tank to a 3232 traxxas super heay duty plug , but after the 15th tank the plug is worn out , no glow.

My engine is fairly rich at 3.5 turns open , what substitue is recommend or should i try another 3232

try reading your plug, install new plug, and run the truck for about 10 min, and then take the plug out and look how it looks, it should be somewhat wet, and the fillament should be grey, and not distorted, and dry

Engine break in is hard on plugs and I went thru three before I hit the 20th tank on my TRX 2.5.

I replied to your other post in the Nitro forum on which plugs I use now in my engine.
