Hey guys i need some hinge pins for a little cutom mod im making. Cant tell you what it is..just that i need to find a company that sells hinge pins that are appx 1.75" long (42-44mm) and is 1/8" thick(3 mm). The e-clip slots need to be 1 5/8" (15 mm) away from eachother

P.s. If someone has a truck with the same size pins...can you tell mw what rig it is. Lunsfords site only has the sizes of a couple of vehicles listed

try towerhobbies site. they put up the dimensions of many things. just try it.

Try some of the manufacturers of airplane parts like Dubro make plastic hinges for aerolones and rudders. Hardware stores, woodworking may have them in small sizes as well.

Nitro, I just measured the front inner A arm hindge pins on my rc-10 gt and they measure 1 5/8 between the e clip slots. you might want to take a look at those. they are 1/8 dia. tower or most hobbie shops should have them.

I looked on tower for the part #. It's LX2916. the newer pins are 1/16 th longer than mine. mine are old ones from an old tub chassis car. I have the 1-11/16 ones on my other gt and put a thin 1/8 id washer on to shim the slack out. an armature shim washer on each end works real well. hope this helps.
