Hey Guys,

Anyone tried out the GPM Aluminum Front and Rear Shock Towers for the T4 yet, or any other GPM Aluminum parts for that matter??

Are they a quality product, or I'm a better off waiting for Associated or another reputable company to produce them??

Nick

I can't speak on the T4 parts, but given the amount of positive exposure they get on RC forums, I would think that GPM is a reputable company.

There are a good company. Why you say? It is because I work at Hobby Etc. which is the main distributor in the U.S. for Gpm Racing products. I have taken a look at all the new t4 parts that came in not too long and the quality is nice and machined well. There at a good price and still give great quality.

Sweet - thanks for the input guys. Thinking of buying the T4 parts - especially the Front Shock Tower which I keep breaking all the time.

If anyone here gets them installed ... post back here and let everyone know how they are. I fI get to it first -- I'll do the same!!

I used the extended plates for the 10Lss and a few other items YZ10 chassis brace. One pod plate of 3 purchased needed to be tapped as hole wasn't tapped completely through, still not a big problem as other manufacturers parts I purchased have had slight inperfections.

GPM parts are really good for the most part. They used to be a lot better though. Recently machining quality and consistency in color have gone down. But it is still as good or better then most of the other stuff out there. But as an example their machining quality used to be so good that after anodizing it was a mirror finish with no machining lines at all.
