That thing is already supposed to be insanely powerful.

Get the Sirio pipe. Without it, you don't see the massive potential the engine really has.

chris... atm is right. get the tuned pipe! i've been running that mill in my t-maxx for about a year now(i never even ran the trx :p ) and lemmie tell you that thing IS insane!!! i'd suggest not to mess with that thing at all, you'll have more power at your fingertips then you know what to do with, STOCK! it really is a sick sick mill. nothing i've ran in my maxx can touch it! sirio is seriously an amazing engine manufacturer.. i plan on stuffing thier new .27 in my savage... anyone running that mill yet?!?!? i can't wait i just ordered it today and i bet its gonna RIP!!! and btw about that .18 ... run like a half gallon thru it before you really beat the hell out of it. its a touchy lil bastard and your patience will reward you in the end.

I have a Sirio .18 in my Sportmaxx w/2 speed, with the Big Bore pipe. No Aluminum, just RPM skids and other than the Venom Failsafe, Motorsaver filter, and Savage wheels and tires, it's pretty much stock. This truck is fast as crap! I have been having fun on the snow and ice here in VA. This engine by far has been the best RC investment I have made.
It doesnt overheat, it doesnt flood easy like the 2.5, It starts whenever it gets fuel (even the other day when it was 15 degrees- I started it outside in no time), it has power for days and it was a simple install and break-in. It also has the turbo or regular head button. You will be happy. The best power without getting a big block motor/conversions etc.
