What do you guys think of stainless steel vs. brass vs. copper vs. aluminium for material if i were to make a roll cage out of it. I am hoping to get a material that i can get sent off to be powder coated maybe..or anodized. What do you guys think about strenth/ weight/ etc. on these materials

Brass tubing would be the easiest material to make it out of, though maybe not the strongest. Brass is good because it's light, cheap, relatively easy to cut and bend, and you can hold it together with a regular soldering iron. If you make a good soldering joint and a good design, it should be pretty strong. I've seen a lot of Clod Buster tube-frame chassis and roll cages. I haven't gotten around to completeing it, but I've made chassis sides and it's pretty sturdy.

Stainless steel would be a bear to work with as far as cutting, bending, welding, etc. The other materials I don't know a lot about but brass is definitely your best bet.
