I am know I am no help because I don't know. I have seen a smart tech MT on ebay w/ Tmaxx upgrades though. Looked pretty nice.

I dunno bout the 'magic wheel' BUT a friend of mine picked up a smarttech winner 3 1/10 buggy... it came with a .15 engine and a carb with only ONE needle... (well it had an idle screw too) but man... We had to MOD that carb to get it right... I ported the thing from 7/32" to about 1/4" and polished it and also ported the sleeve and exhaust header. Before all this it wouldnt get out of its own way (literally) so u might want to consider this if you get the truck. If not, u can send me the carb and I'll get it for ya.. no charge, but just a word of warning, in order to get these motors running right, u might need to do that. my 2 cents...
