i dont know if its just because its a belt drive (im used to shaft)... but i cant get to adjusting the 2 speed, unfortunatly the manual only has single speed,... there is a hole in the 2 speed, and i know on my shaft car you have to line the hole up with the adjusting screw, this one the hole barly moves.. the original owner coulndt figure it out, and said it wouldnt leave 1st... any ideas?

Will the gear come off of the 2 speed housing? Is the housing open on the back side? You should be able to gain access to the shoes somehow.

This might help...it's the 2 speed instruction manual off of Ofna's website. Apparently the Z10 uses the same 2 speed as the RS4.

we took off the gear and it was just the other side of the the case, so its still blocked off, and its still stuck on the shaft

im pretty sure the bell and clutch are garbage now but because this is a project car im trying to spend as little as possible, so anything helps! thanks! (i had already found the manual, cant do much with it cause cant open it up!)

From what I'm seeing the side opposite of the gear should be open and you should have direct access to the shoes there. The whole housing should push off the shaft in the direction of the gear. Are the shoes stuck to the housing? A pic from the backside of the housing might help. the shoes won't just pop out because they lock over the cam but if you don't mind replacing the shoes you should be able to hack them out pretty easily. Usually they are a fairly soft material in comparison to the aluminum housing.

basically its stuck in there good, ive pulled at it, and its suck on the shaft, the houseing has a bearing on it but it doesnt move, the owner said it never worked, so maybe when it was prebuilt glue or something in there???

or could the pring have broken and have caused the shoe so stick in the houseing?

heres another angle:) thx by the way!:D
its kinda hard to see but you get the idea.. teh inside is stuck in there and none of it moves
