congrats. I guarantee it will bring you lots of happiness and joy :p . Just build it there isnt anything that would make it explode if you did something wrong lol good luck!

Yup, just take your time, read the manual closely & follow their suggestions closely & you should be just fine. I'm sure if you take it easy & make sure everything is just like they say it should be, you'll have plenty of good fun with it for a long time(if it tells you anything, I've had my TC3 for over 4 years now, & it's still capable of winning races today, in fact, I just won in Expert Stock at my local track tonight with it..:D ).

Id have to agree with Grizz. Take your time, especially with the shocks. Dont be afraid to do it again if you feel you didnt get it right the first time. AE shocks take a little practice IMO, but once you get them right they are like butta. Other than that have fun!!

Lol i wonder what ur hand would look like after you build it. Cause the allen wrenches...

I would say buy a good set of associated wrenches. The kit can be hard w/some of the provided tools. The worst part seems to be screwing in the ball studs. Getting yourself some drivers is a good idea, as it will make it easy to build and take apart later WHEN something breaks. Yeah your thumb and forefinger will look black when your done. Grease, glue, lube and tires, all make for some fun cleaning afterwards. Also take your time and be careful with the shocks, make sure you do the shock shafts slowly, as it is easy to score them and ruin them. But these are all minor issues, most importantly HAVE FUN!!!

Get some better rims and some good slick tires and you'll be okay

I don't really like the Assoc. shocks that much...gotta get the Yokomo caps with the bleed screws
