Aveox L160 help??? how do i program it???

hey guys i lost my derections to my Aveox L160rc controller, and aveox hasnt emailed me back , i need to know how to reprogram it to my new Hitec transmitter?

e.i.

i know you press the 1 touch button, but in what order?

*=press, - = let off

full forward *
-
middel *
-
full back *
-

What am i doing wrong??

also how do i put it back to forward/ reveres??

Scott - Aveox finaly got back with me and sent me a .pdf file if you still need it post your email, or email me at xtremelimits285@hotmail.com and ill send you the file,(its only 183k) its for the L160 an L360 controllers....
