i just finished making an actuator for my current plane that will use the e-charger motor, and canned heat receiver, but i need to know how you hook up an actuator to a receiver. do you connect it to a servo with out a motor or what?
thanx in advance

Perry:
You are making the actuator for the Canned heat reciever right? If so, you just solder the wires to the set that was wired to the original steering actuator. I believe the wiring works like this:
Yellow is Positive Power input
Purple is Negative Power input
Blue and Brown are the throttle channel and are wired directly to the power terminals on the back of your motor
Red and White are the steering wires and you can either solder the actuator wire ends to the red and white wires, or even better, UN-solder the red and white wires from the reciever and solder your actuator ends directly to the reciever (every little bit of weight saved helps).
Good Luck,
Jason
