The force 26 is not as high quality of an engine as the outlaw 26 and has a different sleeve. The outlaw is a 7 port and the force is a 3 port i think. It really depends on how much you want to spend the force is around 130 and the outlaw is around 200.

The force is more of a sport engine than it is an outlaw. The Picco .26 on the other hand is made for racing and some hard backyard bashing. Overall the Picco .26 is a lot more powerful and reliable. The only problem is the two price differences. Its basically what you can afford. If you have the money then get the Picco otherwise get the Force 26 or whatever you can afford....

GET THE MACH! Its a GREAT engine. Awesome HP. Monster Torque. And its and easy-tuner. You should add the mach to your desicion.

If you have the savage .25 the force .26 is actually a step down, I have owned both and the .26 is ok but no screamer, if you can afford it I would go with the wasp (picco p3 or ofna outlaw .26 with a silver cooling head on it) I believe tower sells it for about 175 w/ pull start and the roto will fit.

also, when it comes time to rebuild the wasp is only $57 for piston & sleeve while the force.26 is $90 to $100

think about the xtm .247 pro. i got mine for $155 off ebay. it makes 2.75hp, and bots right in. even the rotostart works without mods. xtm has good warranty service too. when my buddy had problems with his, they rebuilt it even though he had no receipt (also an ebay purchase).

the P3 is NOT the same as the wasp/picco. it has 33,000 rpm and 2.9 horse while the wasp/picco is 2.7 hp and 37,000 rpm. the P3 is better for a big truck to get it moving. im running it this race season on a savage on a short track so it should be perfect.

i think some company just came out with a .28, so you may want to look into that.

The werks p3 is 2.9 horse, wasp/outlaw is picco p3- werks has been massaged in house after received from piccolook here (http://www.teampicco.com/) for the scoop straight from picco.

is what werks sells.

yes RB came or is coming out with a .28. but judging by the prices on theis other engines (300-500) it will probably be expensive
