All my paint supplies came in today and I should get my cyclone hull from aeromarine tomorrow! yay
Ok on to my questions:
1. To fiberglass or not, I’ve read about the mods for adding a layer of glass to the bud, but my question on this part is....would there be much benefit from adding a layer to the inside of a fiberglass molded boat? I get the concept of strengthening the hull, but would it be necessary for my hull? (It’s an offshore cat hull)
2. I bought two auto bailers, any suggestions for optimum placement?

That cat hull looks like it would be stromg enough already. Also, i've heard that Aeromarine is very good with their hulls. Also, put one autobailer at the bottom of each sponson and you shoudn't have any problems with water :D

Remy, Troy and the boys at Aeromarine know what they're doing with fiberglass, they've been doing it for a loooong time. This Company started off building full-sized offshore race boats so they do have a clue. Their 'glas layup in one of the best in the hobby.

Got the hull last week and it looks great. Guys over at aeromarine are great to deal with and make excellent hulls and hardware. Had to throw a small pitch for such a good looking hull. :D
I have some pics but ....

The paint is an aspect/light changing color and is difficult to say the least in trying to capture it on camera. Heres one from the side

I hope that the boat isn't going to be Nitro powered. Nitro eats up that type of paint very quickly. I found out from experience.................

It's safe, the paint is auto air finished with nice thick clear coat to keep away fuel and the elements.
