i'm trying to find a decent charger that won't set me back a whole paycheck! i'm looking for something that can charge ni-cads and ni-mh. i only plan on running 6 and 8 cell boats so i don't need some super-duper charger that will charge 32 cells! some bells and whistles are cool, but i'd like something that won't outsmart me just to charge a battery pack. i just want something basic that will charge the batteries and help keep them in good shape. and the clincher...i'd like to spend no more than aobut $80.

look at the intelli peeks(not sure how to spell it) at www.towerhobbies.com
im not sure how many cells they can charg but i know they can charge nicd and nimh

if i were to get a new charger i would get the triton its $130 but it can charg lithium-ion lithium-polymer nicd and NiMH it can charge 1-24 cells, its a charger discharger and cycler

i know u dont want a complicated charger but this looks like a great deal lol if u dont like this like i said go to tower and look at all the duratrax chargers good luck

The best bang for the buck is the GWS-mc2002
Its inexpensive and works very well. Can charge 12 cells.
