nice, i love those wheels, look sweet. And BTW is the radio working without any problems, i see you cleverly hiden antenna under the body, does it affect performance?? if it doesnt i would try to make thing like this in my 1/8

Thanks...

Yeah, the antenna works fine that way. I get great reception...haven't had any problems with it.

do you use stock savage radio?? ive heard it has very long antenna, it would explain why you did it like this, but thanks, maybe ill try it someday

Yup....running the stock radio. I did it mainly because I don't too much care for the antenna sticking out of the body...hurts the look of scale imo. Having it inside like that really doesn't hurt the perfromance...and I like the look it gives. So that's why I did it.

i've always preferred the lexan antenna trick. use a scrap of lexan from something like a 2 liter soda bottle and cut it into a rectangle (experiment for the correct size). punch holes (the right size for the antenna wire to pass through) all the way up both sides of the lexan. weave the wire through back and forth (not in a loop, that's supposed to be bad). about 1/4 inch from the bottom, bend over a tab for servo tape to hold it down.

They are a bit expensive....but well worth the money. Yeah, I do some photography on the side...mainly as a hobby. But looking to maybe take it father than that....and earn some money with it.
